What are the most important rewards in your career and why did you choose it?
Working at Big Brothers/Big Sisters is a reward in itself. I know I wanted to work for a non-profit when I graduated from college.
What are your interests outside of work?
I like arts and crafts, but family is my biggest interest. My daughters are involved in a lot of social acitivities.
What accomplishments have given you the most satisfaction and why?
On a personal side, she is happy that her daughters' are healthy and happy. Professionally, she was honored to be asked to become Executive Director of Big Brothers/Big Sisters.
Who is your hero?
My mom. My mom was the foundation of our family. She encouraged us to be whatever we wanted to be, and made great sacrifices for our family.
What two or three things are most important to you in your job?
A strong staff that is very close to one another, and all of the families that Big Brothers/Big Sisters serve.
