Health for Friends Clinic
The Health for Friends Clinic - provides the services listed below free of charge to the middle-aged, elderly, and persons with disabilities of any age:
» Health assessments
» Health monitoring
» Education on chronic health problems, prevention of illness, use of medications and basic self-care
» Diet and nutrition counseling
» Blood glucose monitoring
» Blood pressure monitoring
Services are available in English and Spanish
Other services provided by Lutheran Social Services:
» Neighborhood House – Emergency assistance services are provided to local residents in need of food, utility, and prescription assistance. Hygiene products, baby formula and diapers are also available. Sack lunches for the homeless and
transient population are also provided.
