The Legal Aid Society of Lubbock, Inc. provides legal representation in the area of family law for indigent residents of Lubbock County, Texas. The Legal Aid Society significantly reduces the costs of legal services for eligible applicants.

» Child Support Enforcement
» Protective Orders
» Marriage annulments
» Divorces
» Suits affecting parent/child relationships

» Elder Law including simple wills, power of atty, and advanced directives
APPLICATION PROCESS:
Applicants must demonstrate financial need through the application process before Legal Aid Society of Lubbock can assist them.
Persons wishing to apply for assistance may complete an application Monday through Thursday, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. in the Legal Aid Society office.
A $5.00 application fee must accompany the application.
